This system performs paint dot marking characters, symbols and special marks at the designated position of inside and /or outside surface of large diameter pipe in accordance with the data received from host computer.
The marking head, attached to the tip of robot arm, moves circumferential and longitudinal direction on the surface of the pipe to perform marking.

  • Fully automatic marking in accordance with the marking data from host computer
  • Fast response pencil guns spray clear, sharp and uniform dot marking
  • 6 axes, articulated industrial robot is used for moving the marking head to follow curved surface of the pipe
  • Max. 20 lines of characters (Numerals, Alphabets, Symbols and special marks) can be marked circumferential direction of inside/outside of the pipe and longitudinal direction of outside of the pipe
